I am Getting an error only with the amp version which showing “sorry this order is invalid and cannot be paid for”. For desktop and non amp version it working good. Can Someone please help. Our orders are getting failed

It is created to render the page faster by loading pages with minimal HTML, Javascript and styles, so it can’t be compatible with all existing 3rd party plugins and some complicated functionality just can’t work there.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that AMP can work with all payments.
In this case, we would recommend you to disable the AMP plugin.

I was expecting the same answer because I have read other replies from the support team, Instead of fixing the problem you are giving the same robotic repeated answer. if it is the problem why it was not solved?, Can Someone check what is the exact problem? and how can i Share the screenshots

Compatibility with all payment methods can’t be added because the AMP is a very specific plugin, but we can check what can be done to help you.
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access (Private Content) to the site with the problem, it can be a staging site.
Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

Please provide FTP access.
In case we use file manager and any fatal error appears during the work we’ll be blocked and the site will be down. We need FTP. We would not ask for FTP if we could use File Manager, you need to understand that.
We need FTP access to your wp-content folder at least.
