Hello,
My client just informed me that the payment method used is not always displayed in the confirmation email that they get.
So when the purchase is made on the store both the client as the owner and the person who orders an item get emails. In the details of the email it’s stated what kind of payment was used: cards, trr etc.
We are using email builder and WPML (if that matters)
The problem is like i said the payment method used is not always displayed – see image. Where the arrow is, there it should be stated. Sometimes it’s displayed and sometimes it’s not.
