At checkout, there is a dropdown/link asking if you have coupon code. For some reason, our entire payment module ends up inside that dropdown? So the checkout looks blank unless you klick on the link to add a coupon?

We must be able to use coupons unfortunately, otherwise that would have been a quick fix – when we inactivate coupons everything looks normal.

Is there some chance you can help us with some code to move the Klarna module out of you coupon drops down?

(Klarna checkout is the largest payment method in Sweden)

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with WooPress https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins , clear cache of browser and CDN cache, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
Did you do custom changes in child theme files?

    Regards

It is a 3rd party plugin for WooCommerce. But it is a huge developer for payment services in Sweden and for some reason it ends up inside the dropdown with your theme, and not other themes.

An easy solution would be if the drop down in your theme always would be open – then you can see the checkout either way.

Can you help me with some code to make it always open? See attached link of what I mean.

    Hello,

We don’t give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Provide temporary FTP access, we will check what can be done to assist you. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

What email address do you want me to use for the guest user? You need to be able to access it.

    Hello,

We don’t have a special email for this purpose. Why do you need that? Provide us just with FTP host, FTP username, FTP password.

    Regards
