Payment plugin error when AMP Xstore is on from mobile

    Hi,
    there is no problem with payment plugin (PAYTR) on desktop when AMP Xstore on or off,

    and there is no problem on mobile when AMP Xstore off,

    but when AMP Xstore is on, on mobile there is a problem https://prnt.sc/9ZKLQcsJid1C

    AMP xstore changes site adress (adds “?no-amp=1”) and i think this causes problem. What can i do to fix?

    Hello, @mustaphaturk,

    The error image you shared with us I have checked and when I check the link that you shared with us the same error appears to me. But I notice there is no product in the cart and then the checkout page doesn’t appear if the cart is empty. So I added a product in the cart and I checked the checkout page. It appeared just fine with activating the AMP and the payment plugin.

    2. I don’t why but PayTR was active while its shop number, shop password and shop secret key areas were empty this morning. I filled them again. I am sure yesterday they were filled.

    3. At second step of checkout (https://prnt.sc/_cTJWToqyXOs) when i say pay with credit card (https://prnt.sc/zjNcEEKe07yr) it happens again (https://prnt.sc/4-MecvjUZmk6) for mobile with amp.

    If i try at desktop site (https://masskoz.com/satinal/) with credir card payment option, it works.

    1- Can you try at
    https://masskoz.com/satinal/?no-amp=1 (on desktop URL changes automatically to https://masskoz.com/satinal/ please care for this)

    2- I didn’t do anything in the plugin settings. Please check again. I hope they are still working fine.

    3- I have tested it on my personal mobile and found no issue I recorded a video for you please watch it complete and then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache: https://streamable.com/8n0wq6

    can you test on your mobile device for amp site like

    https://masskoz.com/?no-amp=true

    with amp site logo is different https://prnt.sc/zRQqvjsIEw3Z

    in your video it shows desktop (non-amp) site https://prnt.sc/YjN008sFTx4a

    after check for credit card you should to click buy (siparişi onayla) button to see problem

    Hello,

    Please provide FTP access. I will ask our dev team if is there anything that we can do to help you, or XStore AMP plugin should not be used in your case.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    or is there any solution like amp will not be shown any of checkout procedure
