hi, i have a strange problem in that i am not able to update the email address on the PayPal settings page – see https://prnt.sc/usxvc4
Everything I change it to the new one (see private content) it reverts back to the ones that are already there. The paypal email and Live API username need to match otherwise i don’t think this will work. Currently the client is not receeving payments to their paypal account so it’s quite a big problem.
Do you know why this might be and if there’s anythung i can do to fix it?

Do you have this issue only if our theme is enabled? Because PayPal settings are default WooCommerce settings and our theme should not affect it in any way. What PayPal email do you want to use there in both fields?

hi, i can’t change the theme as this is a live website so i’m not sure if this would work .
The email address we need to use is in the private area. I already sent it but i’ve added it again . this is the email that’s used for their paypal username.
i think i found the problem – that’s the username, not email address – sorry! I’ll try this
