PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hi,

I’ve already read about +20 topics about this problem but I can’t find anything that helps me further.

I’ve installed + updated XStore already and installed all the Plugins from the Themeforest Folder via Filezilla but there are still some plugins missing that can only be downloaded in the dashboard.

When I try to download them the error:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

occurs and I cant do anything against it. What I tried so far:

– reactivating theme with serial
– installing theme via WP dashboard
– installing theme via FTP
– deleting ALL plugins and the theme via FTP

Second Problem:

When I try to setup a header in the theme customizer it won’t get displayed at all.

Can someone help me please? I just bought the theme and I’m sad that I can’t use it properly…

I put the WP Admin Login data in private content area so some staff can maybe take a look..

EDIT: I was able so solve the header problem, plugins still not working

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
