PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT Error – Please help

Ok so i had an error of the above when trying to update to the latest core version.

So i searched and found this https://www.8theme.com/topic/the-package-could-not-be-installed-pclzip_err_bad_format-10-unable-to-find-2/#post-273465

I decided to give this a go, now i have 2 errors.
1. Still cannot update as i have error : PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT

Because i deactivate and try to reactivate theme, i now have this error
2. You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
