I have changed some cache plugin settings and GTmetrix speed result test is improved https://gtmetrix.com/reports/sl.atacadoatalaia.com.br/PdegAoEd/
Pingdom tool displays the great result https://tools.pingdom.com/#5e3d5c8a4c400000
You can also improve size of some images using Tinypng optimization tool https://tinypng.com/ , check an example of optimization one of images that you use for the slider https://prnt.sc/11t7zu6
