Dear Team,
Our website was already live before switching to Xstore theme.
The issue that we are facing is that the Permalink structure has entirely changed.
After activating the theme, the structure is just the product name or category name.
Before we had structure as /parent-category/child-category for woocommerce product categories.
Can you look into it and provide a resolution for the same?
Dear Ahmed,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you please verify how the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, functions when activated? Our theme should not affect the structure of the permalinks. If you observe the same results using the Storefront theme, we would recommend that you contact WooCommerce support for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
I can do that but instead can you share me the settings to be done to achieve the same structure as earlier?
Dear Ahmed,
Thank you for your prompt response.
We can only share WooCommerce documentation – https://woocommerce.com/document/permalinks/
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
