Photographer theme not showing up with demo install

Good day

I cannot find the following:
https://8theme.com/demo/royal/photographer/?et_styles=0-12-1-9-0-1
under my themes to install with the demo instalation?

I have tried your method but the theme setting in my essential grid does not give me that photographer look. can you please elaborate.
