Php code. I need optimizing php code in my site

Hello, I need your help. I started importing products into the e-shop and I got a fatal error: CRITICAL Klaidos žinutė: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15728672 bytes) (rasta faile /home/didilt/domains/diredi.lt/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php, eilutės numeris 1533).

I wrote to a hosting. They advised optimizing a php code in my theme. Can you check it? How can I do it? Thank you.

P.s. I don’t have coding knowledge.

Hello, @Cer,

That is basically the server memory issue, not the theme issue, you will find the Optimization options of our theme under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization.

But you have to contact your hosting provider again and ask to increase the memory limit on your site and it will solve your issue, Please read this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21680244/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size-of-268435456-bytes-exhausted-tried-to-allocate
