    Hello

I installed Woocommerce and immediately noticed an error occurring on the backend of my site. If I click on the Slider Revolution tab in the nav, it gives me a Fatal error message (see below in private content.)

Any ideas? The slider works on the live site, I just cannot edit or do anything with the sliders from the backend. Woocommerce is activated on my site but not live anywhere.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Please update Slider Revolution plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ https://www.8theme.com/faq/ (How to update plugins included in theme?)
If the problem won’t be solved after the update, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

Excellent! That worked. Thank you very much! Do you send out emails when there are updates on the plug-ins or theme itself?

Hello — this issue turned into another one unfortunately. On mobile devices I receive a new error (see attached) this lives right below the revolution slider.
Additionally I am receiving an error on my Woocommerce Product page. I am wondering all of these php errors are occurring from the same source.

Please advise! Thank you so much!

    Hello,

    1. Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    2. Please, temporary activate default WC theme – Storefront on your site and let us know if the error persists.

    Regards

    Sure–see private content below.
I temporarily activated the WC theme + did not have the issue occur.

We have tried FTP access to connect to your server and seems you give access to empty directory http://prntscr.com/k62r4r We need access to your WP installation.

    Hello,

Looks that problem was related to old version of the theme and some changes in template files. We have updated theme to new version and we don’t see the problem with WC elements. Seems that you use server cache, please, clear cache because we have updated theme and all the files should be updated.
