Hi team
We’ve just increased the PHP of the site from 7.4 to 8.0 however we are now experiencing 503 error’s site wide.
Furthering this, after installing W3 total cache and setting all parameters we noticed a complete styling change in the site’s header menu on mobile. Is there a setting in speed optimisation that can assist here with preventing tis from happening?
The mobile menu has been styled with a hamburger menu yet after installing W3 total cache all menu items are jumbled and stacked ontop of one another.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Hello,
1/ Our theme is compatible with PHP 8.0, maybe one of your plugins is the reason for the problem.
Disable 3rd party plugins one by one and check if there is a 503 error then.
Also, contact your hosting provider support to check if there is any issue on the server.
2/ Have you read this article – https://wpmudev.com/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/ ?
At first sight, we do not see any styling problem in the mobile menu on your site, right now.
Could you provide a screenhot of the problem?
Try to disable/enable different settings of the cache plugin to find our which one causes the problem for you.
Regards
Hi
After reverting back to 7.4 the site stabilised. We’ve disabled all plugins other than the core plugins needed for the site, but for some reason, we were still hit with 503 errors. This seems to be a problem we’ve encountered before on another site using this theme. All working fine for now, just unsure what could be causing this error.
We managed to resolve the styling issues caused by the caching plugin, thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
If your site is live, you can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one), to be able to do tests/updates without affecting your business.

Thank you
Please advise on how to change the minimum quantity order of products at the shop level. We have installed all necessary plugins to set minimum quantity orders however, at shop level, the product still displays as 1 and not 6 as set.
Is there a setting within Xstore shop level to achieve this?
Hello,
Disable quantity for the Shop page via Theme Options and submit your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

Hello
Thanks, this has been done, however, whenever add to cart is actioned from a shop level, the product still adds to cart as a single product. It needs to be added in quantities of 6.
Plugins have been set to minimum orders of 6 so when ever add to cart is hit it should always add 6 products with 6 being the minimum it allows to add to cart. Currently, it adds 1 then when + icon is hit it jumps to 7. This only happens at shop level. At the product level these settings are perfect.
