Picture being zoomed our or cut off in thumbnail?

Im still getting really frustrated about your picture being zoomed in and out or cut of in the thumbnail then in some where it zoomed and pixely when opened. Whats the size that the images have to be so i can resize?

Hello,

Your image is too small.
Its original dimensions should be approximately 1,425px × 1,900px.
Please try to reupload it with new sizes.
