Hey I set my WooCommerce picture setting to a certain size, but they are coming out different sizes…
The pictures are different sizes in the media section of WordPress, but was wondering if there is a way to do this in bulk? So all the pictures will be consistently the same size?!
I am in the process of conducting the theme update and will soon have the woocommerce update completed, but just for future reference, is there a way for this to be completed?
Hello,
If you change images sizes in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display you need to regenerate thumbnails with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.

So I went through and regenerated the thumbnails, but still doesn’t seem to be working…I also noticed that the larger the photo the smaller it appears on my site. I was going to go and manually adjust the photo sizes, but it seems to be opposite how is it working???
What do you recommend on getting the images all the same size??
Hello,
Please read this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
If you want to make equal size for all the product images, either upload images with the same sizes or enable Hard Crop in WooCommerce-> Settings-> Product -> Display and Regenerate thumbnails after that.

Hey, so I have set the dimensions to the recommended dimensions in the theme documentation. I even set each thumbnail to a hard crop and regenerated the images, but they are still coming out different sizes.
I have even uploaded the images again and still not working. I will try that one more time to see if it helps. I added four new products and those followed the hard crop dimensions, but all the previous products still are not formatting correctly. Any recommendations?
Maybe get in there and see if I have something internally set wrong?! Not too sure…Let me know what you think! Thanks!!
Hello,
Try to disable 3-rd party plugins and update Visual Composer plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/. Then check.

Ok, I am in the process of updating this plugin….do I have to delete the old one first? I have it uploaded to the file manager in my cPanel in the file (wp-content/plugins)….but it still saying it is not updated…I am a bit confused on this process. I read the documentation provided, but still unsure.
Hello,
You can replace old plugin files to new, use FTP or cPanel.
