Pictures not loading on few screens. URGENT HELP REQUIRED

so im testing using hotjar and through that pictures are not loading for a few users. kindly tell me what to do.

Hello,

What devices do these users use? It looks that fonts are not loaded for them. Maybe they have any additional browser extensions that block the fonts or any specific browser. It’s difficult to find the reason if we don’t know the device and browser.
