Thank you Rose Tyler for your answer, but you couldn’t share a photo showing the ban photo coyuts, which is the 1st answer I didn’t mention, but I didn’t understand anything, you can’t give a more specific answer, I don’t know, there is a mistake in the dimensions, I half skimmed 10.16, there is a mistake or the way it is more correct, please help It happens, it’s within the scope of your support, it’s not a thing, but help or this is the reason why those sizes are big. Please read this article first https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ This will help you, because it explains where the width for product images is set for Shop and single product pages.

Tour images are 700px for Shop and 1000px for single product page – https://prnt.sc/E8Ccw21IYAZY Please change it and regenerate thumbnails, as was mentioned.
