Is there a way to create a shortcode/link to put the popup anywhere on the page?

In other words, I would like users to click a link to open the popup anywhere on the page.

Hello,

You can use the Ultimate addons element Modal popup if you want to make button with the popup.

At this moment you can change it using Royal core translation file https://prnt.sc/24224ph
