Place Order Button not showing the "∞" working indicator while submitting order

Hi,

I have the X-Store with the Hipster theme installed. Everything is working as it should, but on the checkout page, when you click the “Place Order” button the screen blocks itself with a white transparent overlay as it should, but there is no “Working…” indicator nor the “Infinite” ∞ sign. After the post, everything works as it should.

This will be an issue because the user will not be sure if the site is not responding or doing it’s thing.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

Oh I see, we did not add our loader here. On checkout page using default woocommerce loader, that added via woocommerce scripts.

You use latest theme version, so you need to update 8theme Core plugin (Appearance > Install Plugins). Also, I would recommend update all required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

Hi Rose,

I did what you asked, activated the core plugin and all the other required plugins but I still don’t get the loader animation.

Can you please check to see what is still missing?

Also, you need to update WPBakery Page Builder and Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugins. To update these premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/.

Please note, that the loader can’t be shown on checkout page by default, it request additional customization and out of the general support responsibility.
