    Dear Support,

Since a while I am experiencing the following issue. I finally managed to replicate as it was reported by customers.

If a user is NOT logged it, at the check out page, even if all mandatory fields are filled in, the place order button is not active and it cannot be clicked.

In the past this already happened to me, when I switched to advanced check out layout however, by reverting to standard the problem was solved. Since then I am using the standard check out layout but the same problem re-appeared.

Could you please help me to fix it?

    Best regards,

    F.

    Hello Fabio,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    Kind Regards,

    Dear Rose,

I performed the test with the standard theme and everything works fine, I can click the purchase button. At this stage the problem is due to Xstore.

Inspecting the code I realized that for some reasons the button is disabled and applicable only when a user is not logged in. Please see the below image:

If you need I have the standard theme loaded on my staging site, in case you need to make a comparison. The front end access is given in the private area.

Please let me know as soon as possible as I am loosing a lot of sales 🙁

    Thanks in advance,

    F.

    Dear Fabio,

    Thank you for your response.

We do not see the problem on both of your sites right now – https://prnt.sc/wYESrpgwW1b6

1/ Please record a video of the problem.
2/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, to the staging site.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
