On purchasing items from my website. It goes up to the last step like you can go up to checkout page but as you click on “Place Order” button, either you get redirected to the same page or it takes you to the cart page, saying your cart is Empty.
I have tie-up with some companies providing me payment gateway like CCAvenue which comes in payment options but that is also not working.
Surprisingly Website was working fine till yesterday, but now it’s not performing better.
It is affecting my customers please provide support as soon as possible. I am also providing you Admin sign in email and password so that you can assist me better.
