Plants-store template | and to replace image in the Our latest collection section

    Hi,

    1) Im struggling to find images from the section replace Our latest collection section images.. Would you please help me to fix this?

    2) Not getting an option to add price and other details in the Add/Edit product section.

    Would you please look in to this and provide an update?

    I’m using the Plants-store template and need to replace images in the “Our Collection” section. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference. Could you please help me fix this?

    Additionally, while adding a new product, we are not seeing options to add price, SKU, and other product details. The same issue occurs when trying to edit an existing product. Could you please assist us in resolving this?

    Thank you for your response.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugin and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    Can you please check my screen shot. I need to replace these images but im not getting an option to do so. I have not installed any plug-ins. Im sharing my credentials in private content area.

    Thank you for your response.

    To make the necessary changes, please follow these steps:

    1. Edit the page using **Elementor**.
    2. Select the **Flipbox** widget and go to the **Front-side** section.
    3. Navigate to the **Style** tab.
    4. Choose or remove the image as per your requirements.
    5. Save and update the changes.

    For your reference, we have provided images in the private content area.
