Please can you install xstore pet theme via ftp for us? We cannot change the execution time

Hi,

On this forum I have seen that you can also install the Xstore theme (Pet Store) by hand via FTP, please can you do that for us? We are not able to change the execution time so the theme installation cannot be finished.

Your problem is caused by the Max upload size. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to 12 MB and check other values – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

Hi, we have changed the max upload size so thats works fine now.

Please can you try again the installation by FTP etc.?

We cannot extend the execution time it is standard 90 seconds.
