    Hello,

Please specify what version you are trying to import. I’ve just installed base demo content for you, but you need update all required plugins to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . Please provide us with FTP credentials as well.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Ok, all the plugins are up to date. As far as the version, any version will do. I want to be able to try a few different ones like I normally do. FTP is as follows:

    Hello,

Please ask your hosting provider to increase post_max_size value. After that try to import templates.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

If you check phpinfo file http://evantics.com/FoodDeliveryService/phpinfo.php you’ll see that changes didn’t take effect:

Please ask your hosting provider to check it.

Ok, that has been fixed but still no luck. The phpinfo.php file in root now shows 128M. I tried installing a theme version but it still did not work…

I just tried to install the demo data, but it failed to import all media content. Maybe it is relevant, just thought i would mention it…

Ok, that is great and I appreciate it but that does not help with the problem. I need to know if I will be able to use this theme moving forward. I need to know if there is a setting i missed or something new in version 2.1 of the theme that is causing the problem. I have not had this problem in the past (pre v.2.1)

    Please let me know…

    Hello,

I changed permissions for the folder “uploads” to 777. Try to import some page or upload images and let us know.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
