Please help me locate where to edit “Free Shipping Over 299$”

Hi

I am using XStore (Grocery Market) theme. Can you please point me in the right direction where I can edit “Free Shipping Over 299$” this appears at the bottom of the Cart when you add a product to the Cart. I looked in Appearance>Widgets>Cart Area and all the other widgets but I simply can’t find it.
Please help.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > edit MIni cart promo message.
