The server on which I used the XStore license is down now.
I can no longer access the WordPress dashboard to deactivate the license.
I wanted to install the license for the same project on another server but WordPress I was told that:
“You have reached activation number limit.
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Ping us along the way if you have any questions here.”
Can you please reactivate my license number so that I can install the template on another server. It’s the same project that on the previous server (which is down).
