“please select a rating” message pops up only when trying to rate product 5 stars, but ONLY when activating the five star rating by clicking on the right most (fifth) star. clicking on any other star works fine. same for logged in users and guests. both safari and chrome.
selecting any rating other than 5stars is accepted.
please assist. thanks.

i’ve edited the topic, since i’ve realized a couple new details. (i’ve cleared the cache, doing it constantly)
so: clicking only on the fifth star is making the problem. literally, the right-most star, the fifth, that’s only when the issue appears.
If i try to rate any product with five stars by clicking on on of the first four stars, the error does not appear.
can you please try again?

In this case, please do next tests and let us know the results:
– disable Advanced reviews https://prnt.sc/N9BnPYWRnLt4 via XStore > Sales Booster, and check how it works then.
– please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
