Plugin installer says Can not connect to get plugin list

    Installed a new instalation and I get this

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider and ask if you have any limits for connections with other servers. Any white/black lists. Seems that your server does not allow connection to our server to get the list of plugins their versions.

    hosting says they enabled allow_url_fopen and added your ip to csf.allow.
    but it still won’t work.

    Hello,

    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
    In case if automatic plugin installation fails, you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
    If you have some firewall I think that it could be also the reason of the plugin error.

    I decided to ditch this client hosting and migrate to my server, wher I host all of my Xstore websites.
    I deactivated the licence and activate it again on new hosting, with different working domain. Is that ok?

    Hello,

    If you just change the hosting then there is no need to deactivate the license. You need this only in case you change the domain name. Tell me the license code in the Private content area and we’ll check.

    when site is done I will go back to
    negujlase.si
