Plugin update does not work - by Start Designs

I have tried to update the plugins through the Xstore panel and it does not work please have a look

Try to update via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

As i checked in the ThemeForest files the plugin is old. can you please provide updated plugins files?
