The pop up search bar that’s located in the header does not overlay the menu entirely.

We hope this message finds you well.
The issues you mentioned were caused by custom CSS that had been added under Theme Options -> Additional CSS. Please refer to the following screenshots for more details:

As a temporary solution, we have removed the following lines of code, and the overlapping effect should no longer be present. Kindly review the changes on your end.
