Hi, I’m using Visual Composer to try and add products by SKU# so that they appear on the homepage product sliders. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried TITLE & ID’s with no luck. Does anybody know what I’m missing? Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

Please make sure you have the needed SKU numbers in Products.
Also please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue.

To show products by SKU number in Popular Products slider you need select “All” for “Products type” in the Products element. Now you have it set as “Featured”, so only featured products are displayed.

Thanks, I actually had the set already but only on 1 slider and it didn’t work. I changed both of my sliders on the homepage to ALL instead of featured and it worked. I Hope that helps someone else too. Thanks
