POPUP FORUM LINKS TOO OLD – Need new updated help

Hello,
how do I edit or deactivate the popup news letter when main page loads ?
I followed the previous links but it seems they are too old and the links does not work

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We are pleased to inform you that you can enable or disable your Newsletter popup by navigating to Dashboard > XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > add/delete Newsletter widget.

Please watch it in its entirety and follow the steps shown.

Additionally, this newsletter is created using a Static Block, which can be edited from the Static Blocks section, so you can edit Static Block content from Static Blocks > edit newsletter block as per your requirements.
