Popup is not working on Banner Carousel - by M Project

Hi,

On this page: https://cleconenvirotech.com.sg/home-option-2/, the popup is not working for the Banner Carousel in the Cleaning Services section. When I click on it, it redirects back to the page, but the URL changes to:

https://cleconenvirotech.com.sg/home-option-2/#elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%26settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjcxOSIsInRvZ2dsZSI6ZmFsc2V9.

Please help me check and resolve the issue if possible. Thank you!

We would like to inform you that we have successfully reproduced the issue on our end. At this time, however, there is no hotfix available to address the problem.

As an alternative solution, we recommend using the “Carousel Anything” element and setting the content type to “Static Block” instead. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance: (https://prnt.sc/Z1H4BnJDxTa5).

Hi, but I want it to popup, if I use static block will redirect to the page instead of popup right?
