Popup newsletter not showing when it should be displayed within 1sec

Hi
I have followed your tutorial to create a popup with Xstore with adding a static block but the popup is not showing.
Could you please help to explain what is the issue. Here in the private content the video to show you what I did. Thanks!

Hello, @mariangio,

The issue appears because you didn’t add the “Newsletter” widget in the header of your site. I have added it and your issue is resolved now. See the image: https://postimg.cc/21rN3qkx and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Thanks so much! Can I ask you how to remove the space on top of the picture of the popup? I have set all margins and padding to 0 and not sure where it comes from.
