In screenshot you have Red Error message it may fix the problem if you click the “goto setting page” let it load click save then try again to see if that is what is causing the problem. Link below is where I got this information.

Also update your XStore theme by clicking update that could also help. Let me know if you’d do this if not I’ll see what else I could recommend.

Disable the ” Post Types Order ” plugin and check to see if it helps at first. I think it has to do with that plugin. If it does start working again let me know. Update your plugins also if you can.

I have deactivated the plugin post type order but still it’s not working.
I have updated the theme 1 month ago. I asked the support team for update process and they made the update. After updating the theme this problem has occurred.
    Here is the screenshot.

Check you permalinks setting also. Click save when done. Test again to see if that works. I have had problems over the years with settings being corrupt and having to set as default and save the changes then going back and setting them back to what I wanted and saving again and that also fixed the problems I was having like ERROR 500.

    Hello, @Alolika

Check now, please. It was сompatibility problem with PHP version. We have solved the issue in version 3.15 but you are using 3.14, so I just made changes in files to fix it for you.

    Regards
