Portfolio loading and WooCommerce Plugin not adding to cart

Aloha,

I really need your help! I’ve added the Name Your Price WooCommerce plugin for a two week fundraising campaign I’m planning to start tomorrow and it won’t add to cart–it just spins.

The other issue is the Portfolio page–most of the time it won’t load fully, images are overlapping, and the images are out of order based on the timecode I published them in (in order to keep them alphabetical).

Please let me know the solutions to both problems! I so appreciate your help!

Hello,

1. I’ve added products to cart successfully. After adding I was redirected to Cart page and products were visible there. Please clarify the issue with more details.

2. Please provide us with url to Portfolio page and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

The Portfolio loading page is still an issue. http://alohaexpressionism.com/meet-the-artists/
Sometimes they all load fine, other times they overlap, sometimes the sort-by buttons work accurately and other times they leave out ones they showed before.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Please give us full permissions to access all options in wp-admin panel and not just “My Account” page. Also please provide us with FTP credentials.

Aloha Eva,
I’ve added you as an administrator and will get the FTP info to you.

In addition to the Portfolio page not loading correctly, I’ve been informed that the site fails to load correctly on Google Chrome on the last two Sundays with error messages, etc. It shows up fine for me on Safari, but I thought I better check into it.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Aloha Eva,

All updates made, but the portfolio is still not loading properly (overlaying other pages). And when I share some of the pages to FB, the text I input shows just fine, and other portfolio pages show this, “You can add any HTML here (admin -> Theme Options-> Promo Pop-up) We suggest you create a static block and put it here using short code.”

Could this be the issue? How do I fix this code?
