Hello,
I’m having some trouble with my main portfolio page.
When I first enter the portfolio page, or after viewing an item in the portfolio and I go back to the portfolio page, the images are not fully loaded. See the picture below.
Thanks!
Jean

Hi,
My website is not available to public. So I will give you an admin account. I have another post going on, where Ms. Eva Kemp is helping me. She’s using the same login info. Please let me know if that will be a problem.
Thanks!
Jean
Hello,
Please update the theme to the latest version, 2.4. If after that the problem persists please provide us with FTP credentials.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
I hope you had a good weekend!
I’ve noticed some errors after the update.
(1) In the menu bar, I can no longer click on the link itself. I need to click in the space above the actual link as indicated by the red box in the image below. Also four error messages appear.
(2) The portfolio still doesn’t work properly.
Cheers,
Jean
Hello,
You need resave the categories in Products > Categories > edit the category and save it. After that the errors should disappear.
Concerning the issue with portfolio, try to add pagination as there are many images and script may load not all of them.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Thanks for the help!
I’ve followed your suggestions, and most of the aforementioned issues are solved, except for one: I need to click in the space above the actual link as indicated by the red box in the image below.

Hello,
You have some problem in style.css file of the Child Theme.
If you remove the code from this file, the problem will be solved.
