    Dear EightTheme,

    I have a problem on ingar.nl/maatkleding.
The pictures don’t line up the way they should. How is this possible and most important how to solve this problem?

Hope to hear from you soon.
    Kind regards,

    MathonMedia

Thank you for the details but I’m unable to connect to FTP getting an error “Connection timed out”. Please specify what theme version you’re using.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Sorry, I think you got the error because I was still logged in to the FTP.
Where can I check the theme version?

    Regards,
    MathonMedia

Sorry, but still the same error. You can check the theme version in style.css file (first comment block) which is located in wp-content/themes/blanco directory.

    Hello,

As I see you have old theme version. Please update it to 2.9.2 version which is the latest one.
If it doesn’t fix the issue please let us know.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

Please read the instruction carefully: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/upgrade
Also we recommend to create a back up of files and database before the update.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

We’ve made some changes in blanco/js/script.js. Please check it. Is it working fine now?

    Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack,

I have seen you replaced the .js file with the original one, this doesn’t solve the problem.
I deleted al the portfolio items and added them again. Still the portfolio preview pictures don’t line up the way they should.

You can see some pictures are taller then the others, they must be all the same like original.

    Hello,

Please check the Portfolio page now.
    We’ve removed crop in the file blanco/content-portfolio.php (line 18), this code <img src="<?php echo etheme_get_image(false, 600, 600); ?>" title="<?php the_title(); ?>"/> has been replaced by this one <img src="<?php echo etheme_get_image(false, 600, 600, false); ?>" title="<?php the_title(); ?>"/>

If max height and width of the images doesn’t satisfy you, then you can change it in the code written above.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
