Possible bug with Revolution Slider 5.2.6

Hello,

I’m having problems configuring html5 video play in the Revolution Slider version currently bundled with the theme.
I need the video to loop continuosly but for some reason the loop settings in the html5 video configuration of the slider can’t be saved.
For instance, whatever I select from the drop down menu once I click on “update video” and the dialogue window closes, the slider is not affected by my changes, it remain stuck in “loop segment” mode ignoring my setting.
As a matter of fact re-opening the settings dialogue again, I find the loop menu set on “loop segment” again regardless of my previous changes.

I have a fairly regular WP set-up basically using only the bundled plugin. I have tried to disable the couple I added though didn’t changed a thing.

Since I see there are a more recent Slider Revolution version available, I was wodering if it may be some sort of known bug on the bundled 5.2.6 version.

I have just update Slider Revolution to latest version 5.3.0.2. Still no luck… 🙁

Hello,

Provide me also link to your site, please. I’ll check your slider settings to understand if we can help you. In case the issue is not related to slider settings and problem is Revolution Slider bug we won’t be able to fix it and you will need to contact with plugin author to get help.

I do understand it may be something about Slider Revolution not the theme itself.
I’ll wait for you to have a look before trying with Slider Revolution dev. Thanks!

Hello,

I checked your site and don’t see issue. According to slider documentation https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/video-layers/

“Loop – Slide does not stop:
Video will loop endlessly until the slide’s delay is reached. For example, if your slide’s are normally meant to be shown for 10 seconds, but your video’s length is only 5 seconds, the video will play twice before the slide actually changes.”

And it works on your site.
