Hey there,
Is it possible that the scroll snap function doesn’t work with the xstore theme?
If it does, how can I get it to work?
Thanks!
Hello, Kokke,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We did not get reports from our customers about problems with the scroll snap function.
Please follow Elementor documentation and video tutorial (Learn How To Use Scroll Snap) – https://elementor.com/features/scroll-snap/
Configure it according to the video. If this doesn’t work with XStore theme activated, please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
In case a problem persists independently of the activated theme, you will need to contact Elementor support.
We hope this information is helpful.
Kind Regards,

Hey,
I just tried multiple theme’s and one’s like twenty twenty work just fine with scroll snap. But with the xstore not, so maybe it does has to do with the theme instead of elementor itself?
Hello, Kokke,
Thank you for your response.
We asked you to check it with Storefront theme, not twenty twenty, because this is the default WooCommerce theme.
On which page did you configure scroll snap?
As we can see, you are editing Home page right now, so we can’t edit it at the same time. Please create a test page where we will be able to do tests.
Also, provide FTP access.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Also, check our own Scroll Progress Element – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/scroll-progress-element/
Kind Regards,
