Preloader CSS code setup and help needed

Hello Team,

I want a preloader for my website.I have tried using a gif but it does not work smoothly .You can check on our website.
However it can be done via CSS code.Kindly help into setting up the code and its process.
I have a reference preloader.We want the same just the content replaced with ours.

Hi,
I know where to upload preloader. I want a CSS code to make such preloader which is shown into reference as currently i am running a gif loader and that is not working smooth..
