Can I set up the home page to load directly to display the content immediately without using a preloader? When scrolling through the page, I notice that content is lost or not visible because it is still loading. This applies to products and reviews, for example. Is there a solution, such as preloading the content from the cache, to solve this problem?

    Hello, @W2M,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

The video and access data can be found in the private area.

I would like to switch off the preloader so that the content is displayed immediately without delay. Sometimes the products are not displayed or is there an alternative solution? Many thanks in advance.
