Preloader on mobile infinite load until you interact with the content

On desktop the preloader works just fine, no problem.
However on the mobile version, it loads forever, until you start scrolling or press on the screen, could you have a look? is it because of caching? is it possible to solve?
For now I have disabled it in order to not confuse the users.
