Hi,
I am trying to update the ‘Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer’ plugin that comes with the theme, but it’s asking me for a purchase code from Envato and API key.
I’ve entered my Envato username, generated an API key, and pasted in my purchase code for the Royal theme, but the plugin still says:
License is verified but not activated!
How can I fix this so I have the latest version? Is this going to happen with any of the other premium plugins (like Revolution Slider)?

Sorry, that is unacceptable.
I have already uninstalled the theme and all plugins and have switched to a working theme. Please see my own post in this forum.

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of this plugin has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

I am still getting a message for this plugin: “Please ask your administrator to check the license of the Visual Editor!”.
About another item, Revolution Slider, getting a message: “Hi! Would you like to activate your version of Revolution Slider to receive automatic updates & get premium support? This is optional and not needed if the slider came bundled with a theme.”.

I updated manually with files included in theme update. No need to send that files but it still didn’t fix the issue I have on my website. I will write about it on appropriate place of forum.
