Prettyphoto not working - by Jeff Margel

Created a single image and set the option to open in PrettyPhoto, however when clicking on it, it just opens the photo in the browser, not in the PrettyPhoto box. Any advice?

Hello,

Provide link to page with this element and temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the problem in more details because we don’ have this issue on our test installations.

The problem is caused by Business Template Blocks for WPBakery Page Builder plugin. It gives js errors in the console – https://prnt.sc/o0ruqc Contact the plugin authors to get help.

Thank you. Is there a way to disable PrettyPhoto then so I can use another lightbox? I know there are other themes that use WPBakery and it’s working fine..

Theme Options > Single product page > Enable Lightbox for Product Images > Off.

I disabled prettyphoto but the lightbox plugin still won’t work. Very frustrating..

Hello,

Sorry, seems Rose misunderstood you.

You reported that PrettyPhoto lightbox does not work. You got the answer that problem is caused by js error of the third-party plugin – Business Template Blocks for WPBakery Page Builder. That js error breaks the other scripts including PrettyPhoto and it’s not related to our theme because it does not work even with default theme https://gyazo.com/360c2b45bb60eabd6340985216c60af5

To solve the problem you need to contact plugin support and ask them to fix js errors or disable the plugin and then lightbox option also will work ok.

If you don’t want to use lightbox then disable on-click action for the image http://prntscr.com/o0xzk1 but it does not fix the js error and you will have problems with other scripts till fix the main js error caused by third-party plugin. Got it?
