We kindly request that you provide us with valid and functional WordPress administrative credentials. This will enable us to investigate the matter further and offer the necessary assistance.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

The username and password will work with the newly given login link.
You can also sign from the website front-end as a customer. Both ways will give you admin access.
Thanks

Hello, @Samad,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Please navigate to the following location within your website’s dashboard: Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar. Once there, we suggest attempting to utilize the default WooCommerce price filter. For your reference, you can view the process here: https://prnt.sc/MUL9sTbd0T-l
2/ We kindly request that you conduct a test to evaluate the functionality of the filter when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated on your website. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your site’s dashboard.
Should the issue with the filter persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the WooCommerce plugin support team for further investigation.
However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, we suggest that you temporarily deactivate all non-essential third-party plugins on your site. Please ensure that only the Theme Required/Recommended plugins, as listed at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, remain active. Following this, please clear your browser cache and re-evaluate the filter’s performance.
It is possible that a conflict with an additional third-party plugin may be causing the issue. If deactivating these plugins resolves the problem, we recommend reactivating them one at a time. This step-by-step approach will help you identify the specific plugin responsible for the disruption. Once identified, we encourage you to contact the plugin’s author directly for further support.
We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter. Should you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello, Storefront and all the other themes are working fine. Even the main Xstore theme is also working fine. However, when we are activating the child theme, the price filter is not working as it should be. We are planning a few changes; therefore, we need to have a child theme activated.
Please fix this bug ASAP.
Hello, @Samad,
Upon review, we are pleased to inform you that the Price filter on your Shop page is functioning correctly with the child theme currently activated.
We kindly ask that you clear your browser cache and verify the functionality at your earliest convenience.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
