    Hi,

The price filter on our shop page is not working correctly. It correctly displays prices from minimal to maximum, but when attempting to change the max price, the product list does not update accordingly.

Could you please check and provide a solution.

    Thank you,

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please navigate to the following location within your website’s dashboard: Appearance > Widgets > Shop Sidebar. Once there, we suggest attempting to utilize the default WooCommerce price filter. For your reference, you can view the process here: https://prnt.sc/MUL9sTbd0T-l

Thank you for your assistance. I replaced the XStore filter with the WooCommerce filter as suggested, but the issue persists. Please advise on next steps.

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

We are grateful for your swift response to our previous communication.

We kindly request that you conduct a test to evaluate the functionality of the filter when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated on your website. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your site’s dashboard.

Should the issue with the filter persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the WooCommerce plugin support team for further investigation.

However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, we suggest that you temporarily deactivate all non-essential third-party plugins on your site. Please ensure that only the Theme Required/Recommended plugins, as listed at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, remain active. Following this, please clear your browser cache and re-evaluate the filter’s performance.

It is possible that a conflict with an additional third-party plugin may be causing the issue. If deactivating these plugins resolves the problem, we recommend reactivating them one at a time. This step-by-step approach will help you identify the specific plugin responsible for the disruption. Once identified, we encourage you to contact the plugin’s author directly for further support.

We appreciate your cooperation and attention to this matter. Should you require any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
