Price filter slider shows 0-9,999 whereas checkbox shows 0-50,000. How can I increase the value on slider ?
Also, I want multiple checkboxes to be checked together. Wherease is that setting ?

    Dear @Rakesh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that the price slider value cannot be manually adjusted, as it is dynamically set based on WooCommerce queries. The minimum and maximum values are determined by the product prices available on the current page. Specifically, the maximum value corresponds to the highest-priced product, while the minimum value reflects the lowest-priced product.

If you wish to customize this widget, please be aware that such modifications are not covered under our standard support scope. However, you may submit a customization request via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

That being said, please note that if there are no products listed at a significantly high price, the price slider will not display such values. Once you add products priced at, for example, 50,000, the price widget will automatically adjust to reflect the updated values.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

Thanks @Jack Richardson. Got it that max is limited by products available.
Price filter (slider) is working fine on desktop/laptop but while using on mobile it is not showing max value if I increase min value to anything else than default (0). When I try to control from upper limit control option then also it is not going to max. For me max limit is 9,999 but after using the lower limit slider, it sets max limit to 9,990 so max price item is not visible in the search. But, in case I don’t touch this lower limit then it works fine. How do I resolve it ? I have tried it on multiple mobiles but same issue.
    Attachted the pics (mobile website):
Left pic : Default setting when I open a fresh website on mobile.
Right pic : Upper limit reduces to 9,990 after increasing lower limit even if I don’t touch the upper limit.

My another question was regarding the price filter with checkboxes. Is there any way to select multiple check boxes at the same time ?

    Hello @Rakesh,

By default, the WooCommerce price widget, which is also used in the area shown in your screenshots, applies a step value of 10. However, we have added the following snippet (https://prnt.sc/jTgyZltL1uvq) to adjust the step value to 1. This ensures that the value 9999, which was previously rounded to the nearest tenth, is now displayed correctly.

Please check and let us know if everything is working as expected.

    Dear @Rakesh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this due to the limitations of WooCommerce’s filtering system. The available parameter allows only a single minimum price value and a single maximum price value. As a result, setting multiple minimum and maximum prices simultaneously is not supported.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Kind regards,
