Prices are shown without taxes after trying to update

Hello,

I tried to update my WordPress and it failed. First the admin panel changed, but now it seems to be ok.
Later I noticed that all the products in the shop are shown without taxes until you add one to the cart and go to checkout.

After that all prices are with taxes.
I have changed all the options of Woocommerce but it isn’t resolved.

Please, can you help me?

Hello,

I have the same problem. The price in the simple product details are shown without taxes since I have update the theme.

Did you solve it?

No, prices are shown without taxes yet.
I can’t update nor from WordPress nor from FTP.

We need to solve it as soon as possible.

Hello, yes, you can update for me.
I have already done a back up.

One more thing that I haven’t noticed till today: I don’t know how to activate or deactivate Captcha. I’ve installed Captcha Recaptcha plugin but it doesn’t work and now is impossible to log in or register with a new user because of the Captcha.
Can you help us too with this point?
I hope it will be the last thing 😉

Hello,

I’ve checked the product “Pipetas Frontline Spot On perros 20 – 40 kg (3 Pipetas)” with Twenty Fifteen theme and the same price is shown there too.
Please check it yourself.

Hello again,
thanks for your support.

It seems that the problem has been solved.
It was the option “calculate taxes based on:”, it was in the client address, and I have changed it to our base shop.

Regarding to Captcha, can you help us¿
Do I have to open a new topic or can we speak about it here?

I remember you: now it’s impossible to create or login for an user because Captcha doesn’t appear.
I have installed the plugin from Google “Catcha-Recaptcha” but it doesn’t work.

I think this is the last error to launch the shop.
