    So I have two admin accounts on my store. One of the accounts cannot see the Analytics, Customer List etc. While the other admin account can.

    I have tried to diagnose the issue several times. It is like that they are able to see the option but once they click on Analytics or woocommerce customer list there is an error that states – ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

    Blog posts, pages, etc, are all visible but some sections like Woo Analytics, Woo Customer List, etc. are not.

    Please help resolve this. All plugins are up to date, WordPress is up to date, them is updated. Not sure why this is happening.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Yuvi,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    “You already have the access” – no, we cant find access. Next time provide them in topic.
    Currently, we suppose that access is not needed, because the described situation is independent of our theme. To confirm this, just activated the Storefront theme on site and check how it works.
    We would recommend you contact WooCommerce support to get assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, Yuvi,

    Activating another theme for a while should not break anything (only widgets may change positions, so open Appearance > Widgets in a new tab) if you are worried you can:
    1/ Create a test site, a full copy of the existing one, and do the test there;
    2/ Believe us that your question is independent of the theme, and contact support of WooCommerce.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
